If China will be Australia, America or Vietnam heading for a holiday, it is now easier than ever to go into the air to road, rail o. Here are your options:
ROAD
From Cambodia: There is a passage from Moc Bai (Tay Ninh province 80km from Saigon) connecting Phnom Penh in Cambodia with Saigon. Many companies now operate a direct bus service between the two cities, departing every city in the early morning.
There is also aCrossing into Vietnam via Chau Doc (245 km from Saigon), which is passable boat. Boats leave Phnom Penh (per day) in the early evening arrival in Chau Doc (Vietnam) at 6:00. The return trip starts early the next morning. Buses run from Chau Doc to Ho Chi Minh City (7h)
From Laos: There is a passage from Lao Bao in Quang Tri province, about 160 km northwest of Hue, connecting Savannakhet with Central Vietnam. Another way to Vietnam via Cau Treo, Ha Tinh province.Many tour operators run bus services for travelers, times vary.
From China: There are 03 roads crossing has Khau (Lao Cai province), Dong Dang (Lang Son Province) and Mong Cai (Quang Ninh Province). These limits are currently in the area, with out warning.
BOOT
There are no normal sea crossings into Vietnam although an increasing number of cruise ships sail into Vietnamese waters. The only other international connection by boat is the Mekong RiverTravel from Phnom Penh to Chau Doc (see above).
TRAIN
There are rail links between China and Vietnam. Beijing, one of Nanning, crossing at Lang Son and out of Kunming, which end up traveling Lao Cai, Hanoi both services.
AIR
Vietnam currently has three international airports:
· We Bai in Hanoi and the north
Second International Danang in the service ofCentral Provinces
· TAN Son Nhat in Ho Chi Minh City serving the south.
The national carrier Vietnam Airlines has connecting services to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Europe and many Asian countries in Vietnam. to fly a growing number of international airlines, in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
As low-cost airline Tiger Air and Air Asia has flights from $ 25USD/exl taxes from Bangkok / Singapore to Hanoi / Saigon.
IfDeparture Vietnam will have to pay $ 14USD for all visitors to the departure tax. This is payable at the airport after check-in
